Next day I am in and see the computer off, turn it on and NO BOOT DEVICE!? Look around and NO HARD DRIVE. 3 days later the tech shows up replaces the motherboard but the system is still dead and tells me I need to call Dell support!? I do, they send another tech 2 days after that, he troubleshoots and finds a bad monitor cable causing the problem even though the first time they had me disconnect everything and try to power the system and it did not work!? 2nd tech runs tests and calls me. Troubleshoot with Dell support and they concluded the motherboard needs replacing. Here is the story: Dell Precision 3620 with next day on site warranty died.
